Officially registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office, this patent showcases SHINWOO TECH’s innovation in die-casting mold solutions and commitment to developing next-generation manufacturing methods.

03. Strategic Partnership

Collaboration with LG Research Institute for Cold Plate development (Project initiated Dec 2024)  Goal focused on advancing high-efficiency thermal management solutions for emerging industries.

04. Product Development Achievement

Cold Plate development testing passed in May 2025; reliability testing underway with full implementation targeted for Q4 2025. Demonstrates our ability to move cutting-edge technology from concept to proven performance and readiness for large-scale deployment.
